Software Engineer Intern
At Grab, I tackled diverse software engineering challenges that made a real impact on driver experience. I debugged driver job allocation issues by designing custom event trackers and analyzing state transitions, ultimately fixing the root cause through SQL analysis. I boosted driver activity by developing and launching a complete Android incentivization feature. And, during Grab-a-thon, I actively contributed to increasing driver jobs by implementing creative adjustments to the matching algorithm.
